Cook the green pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce with olive oil, herb vinegar, plenty of pepper, cayenne pepper, and creamy yogurt, and prepare the remaining ingredients. Once the pasta is cooked, stir the sauce into the still-warm pasta, fold in the prepared ingredients, and then let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Garnish with the quartered egg before serving. It’s also recommended as a side dish with grilled or roasted chicken breast.
