Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 point pasta (horn)
  • 1 jar mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • 1 dashes soy sauce
  • 1 small jar gherkins
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 300 g meat sausage, garlic
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • possibly corn
  • possibly vegetables, fresh
  • 1 shot of cucumber juice, from the gherkin jar
  • some salt

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Attention: addictive! Super tasty and easy to prepare

First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. Mix the salad mayonnaise, natural yogurt, soy sauce, salt, pepper, curry powder, paprika powder, garlic powder, and cucumber juice together well in a large bowl. Season to taste and adjust the seasoning if desired. Then, cut the cheese and sausage into small, bite-sized cubes. Dice the onion, and slice the gherkins. Drain the pasta and let it cool, then combine the pasta, dressing, cheese, sausage, onion, and gherkins. The salad is ready! Of course, you can spice it up with other vegetables.
