Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, floury
- 50 g butter
- 250 ml milk
- n. B. Nutmeg
- n. B. Salt
- 6 apples
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 cl Calvados
- 500 g onion(s), red
- n. B. Clarified butter
- 350 g black pudding
- n. B. Flour

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Heaven and Earth
Boil the potatoes until soft, mash them, and season with butter, milk, nutmeg, and salt until mashed. Peel and core the apples, then cook them with sugar, lemon juice, Calvados, and a little water until soft. Mash the apples. Peel the onions, slice them into rings, and fry them in a pan with the clarified butter. Coat the black pudding in the flour and fry. Serve everything together.
