Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pretzels, frozen for baking
- n. B. Jalapeño(s) from the jar
- 80 g Cheddar, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 16 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes
Preheat the oven to 210°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the frozen pretzels on the parchment paper. Drain the jalapeños (amount according to your preference or how spicy you like them) and chop them. Mix the grated cheese with the jalapeños and spread the mixture between both pretzels. Bake for approximately 16-18 minutes.
