Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs, separated
- 100 g sugar
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 g flour
- ½ bag(s) of baking powder
- 250 g butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100 g almonds, sliced
- ½ liter cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 jar plum jam
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the base: Cream soft butter and sugar until fluffy, gradually whisk in 4 egg yolks, add vanilla sugar, salt, flour, and baking powder, and mix to form a dough. Line 3 springform pans (26 cm) with baking paper and spread the batter on top. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff, then gently stir in a mixture of almonds, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar and spread on the 3 layers. Bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius until golden brown. For the filling: Beat 1/2 liter of cream with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar until stiff. Spread the plum jam on 2 layers, then spread the whipped cream on top and place the third layer on top. Chill before slicing.
