Heavenly raspberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 250 g cream
  • e.g. meringue(s), coarsely crumble in a plastic bag
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine raspberries and yogurt with a little sugar and let stand for about 30 minutes. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold it into the raspberry-yogurt mixture. Fold in the crumbled meringue (or meringue, depending on your taste) and serve fresh.
