Heedfelder Hunter Potty
The perfect heedfelder hunter potty recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Chanterelles
- 1 Onion
- 200 g Camembert, with mushrooms
- 400 g Mussel pasta, tricolore
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 g Sour cream
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Truffle oil
- Peel and finely dice the onion. Brush and clean the chanterelles.
- Heat the truffle oil in a pan and sweat the onion cubes until translucent, add the mushrooms and steam everything until the mushroom water has evaporated. Deglaze the whole thing with the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
- Cut the camembert into cubes and let it melt in the mushroom broth while stirring. Stir in the sour cream and heat it – do not let it boil anymore. Season to taste with salt and pepper (if necessary, thicken the sauce a little).
- Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite. and pour off.
- Arrange the pasta with the sauce on preheated plates and serve.
