Heiko's meatloaf rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 slice(s) sausage (meatloaf, cold cuts)
  • 250 g leaf spinach (frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 packet of hollandaise sauce
  • n. B. Cheese, grated
  • nutmeg
  • possibly garlic, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw frozen spinach leaves, preferably in the microwave. Season the thawed spinach leaves with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and fresh garlic, if desired. Spread out the meatloaf slices and top with spinach leaves. Then roll up the meatloaf and spinach, placing three rolls per person on a heatproof plate, and pour hollandaise sauce over them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted. This won’t take long, as you don’t want the cheese to brown. Fried potatoes make the best side dish.
