- 180 g Semolina
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- Cook a firm semolina from milk, semolina and salt. Let it get cold.
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (hot air).
- Beat egg whites into snow. Beat the butter, egg yolk and sugar until frothy, then add the finely cut semolina and stir everything in, fold in the egg whites.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish and put butter flakes on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
