Heimi’s Delicious Semolina Casserole

  • 180 g Semolina
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  1. Cook a firm semolina from milk, semolina and salt. Let it get cold.
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (hot air).
  1. Beat egg whites into snow. Beat the butter, egg yolk and sugar until frothy, then add the finely cut semolina and stir everything in, fold in the egg whites.
