Heimi’s Foam Cake
The perfect heimi’s foam cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Covering
- 150 g Sugar
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla syrup
- 75 g Flour
- 75 g Food starch
- 1 Msp Baking powder
- 3 cups Cream
- 3 packet Cream stiffener
- 3 packet Vanilla sugar
- 150 g Meringues
- 100 g Grated chocolate
Also
- 3 tbsp Grated chocolate
- Line the oven at 160 ° degree springform pan 28 cm with baking paper.
- Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with 75 g sugar to form stiff snow
- Beat egg yolks with water, vanilla syrup and remaining sugar for approx. 10 minutes on a high level until creamy.
- In the meantime, mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and fold into the egg yolk mixture alternately with the egg whites.
- Fill into the Sprinform, smooth it out and bake for about 20 minutes
- For the topping, whip the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Cut the meringue into small pieces and fold into the cream with the grated chocolate.
- Spread on the cooled base and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Let cool for approx. 2 hours.
