Heimi’s Foam Cake

The perfect heimi’s foam cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Covering

  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla syrup
  • 75 g Flour
  • 75 g Food starch
  • 1 Msp Baking powder
  • 3 cups Cream
  • 3 packet Cream stiffener
  • 3 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Meringues
  • 100 g Grated chocolate

  • 3 tbsp Grated chocolate
  1. Line the oven at 160 ° degree springform pan 28 cm with baking paper.
  1. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with 75 g sugar to form stiff snow
  1. Beat egg yolks with water, vanilla syrup and remaining sugar for approx. 10 minutes on a high level until creamy.
  1. In the meantime, mix the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and fold into the egg yolk mixture alternately with the egg whites.
  1. Fill into the Sprinform, smooth it out and bake for about 20 minutes
