Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 ml Meatsoup
  • Salt pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 0,5 bunch Chives

Instructions
 

  • Peel and peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
  • Peel the onions into cubes and sweat them in hot oil, deglaze with the vinegar and add the meat broth. Bring to the boil and pour over the potato slices.
  • Mix well, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Chop the chives, add them and leave to stand for 2 hours. If necessary, season again.
