Ingredients
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Onion
- 200 ml Meatsoup
- Salt pepper
- Nutmeg
- 0,5 bunch Chives
Instructions
- Peel and peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
- Peel the onions into cubes and sweat them in hot oil, deglaze with the vinegar and add the meat broth. Bring to the boil and pour over the potato slices.
- Mix well, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Chop the chives, add them and leave to stand for 2 hours. If necessary, season again.
