Ingredients
 

Covering

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • 8 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 300 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 5 a cup Sour cream
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 El Lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Starch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  • Mix the butter, sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually eggs. Lemon zest - and add juice. Mix well. Mix flour and baking powder, add, stir until smooth.
  • Spread the dough on a greased tray, bake for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the topping from the ingredients, spread on the cake after 20 minutes, bake for another 10 minutes. Take out, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
