Heimi’s Sour Cream Cake

The perfect heimi’s sour cream cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • 8 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 300 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 5 a cup Sour cream
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 El Lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Strength
  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  1. Mix the butter, sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually eggs. Lemon zest – and add juice. Mix well. Mix flour and baking powder, add, stir until smooth.
  1. Spread the dough on a greased tray, bake for 20 minutes.
  1. Prepare the topping from the ingredients, spread on the cake after 20 minutes, bake for another 10 minutes. Take out, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
