- 200 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Lemon zest
- 8 tbsp Lemon juice
- 300 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 5 a cup Sour cream
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 El Lemon zest
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Eggs
- 5 tbsp Starch
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
- Mix the butter, sugar and salt until frothy. Gradually eggs. Lemon zest - and add juice. Mix well. Mix flour and baking powder, add, stir until smooth.
- Spread the dough on a greased tray, bake for 20 minutes.
- Prepare the topping from the ingredients, spread on the cake after 20 minutes, bake for another 10 minutes. Take out, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
