Hello Kitty Cake
The perfect hello kitty cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 400 g Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 80 ml Milk
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Cake icing as desired
- Lemon flavor
- Decoration as desired
- Chocolate chips
- Cocoa powder
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. If you want a lemon cake, add about half a bottle of lemon flavor. If you want it a little chocolaty, you stir in chocolate chips and cocoa powder. My favorite, however, is still the basic dough.
- Now the dough comes in any greased form for 50 minutes at 170 degrees (top / bottom heat) in the oven. After about 20 minutes I press a little with a spoon in the middle of the cake so that it gets a smoother surface and I don’t have to cut anything afterwards.
- It is best to shake the finished cake out of the mold when it is still warm. Then you can decorate it as you like. I also use lemon glaze for the lemon flavored version, chocolate glaze for the chocolate version and the Rewe / Toom glaze for kneading in white or pink (Lilifee).
