- 125 ml Warm milk
- 250 g Toast or
- Old rolls
- Salt pepper
- Mixed herbs
- If necessary Tk
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Grated Parmesan
- Butter to leave out
- Parmesan on a stick
- To plane over
- Cut the toast into pieces, pour the warm milk over them and set aside for now.
- Now I select my bouquet of fresh herbs, wash them, dry them and chop them up.
- Squeeze out the bread and process with the beaten eggs, the chopped herbs, salt & pepper and the grated Parmesan to a good homogeneous mass. Now shape walnut-sized dumplings with moistened hands – if you need to add some breadcrumbs – let these dumplings cook in lightly salted water for about 8 minutes.
- While the dumplings are drawing, leave out the butter. Take out the dumplings with a slotted spoon, distribute them on the plates, drizzle with the melted butter and finally slice off the Parmesan. (Unfortunately the final image is missing)
- That was delicious !!!!
