Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 330 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled cane sugar
  • 2 tsp thyme, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for a bread baking pan, vegan

All ingredients are mixed together and kneaded with the dough hook of a hand mixer until a smooth dough forms. The finished dough is then poured into a greased or parchment-lined bread pan and baked in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes. Of course, the basic dough doesn’t just work with thyme; I’ve also baked with rosemary and marjoram. If you like chia seeds or flaxseeds, you can also add them to the dough.
