Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 350 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp herbs (salad herbs, to taste), frozen, fresh or dried
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and use the dough hook on a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and place it in a warm place to let the dough rise until it has approximately doubled in size. Then pour it into a greased loaf pan and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Tip: The herbs can, of course, be omitted or replaced with other ingredients.
