Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 piece(s) butter, soft
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ bunch chives
- 1 small spring onion(s) (white part only)
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Finely chop the parsley, chives, and spring onion. Crush the garlic with salt (Arabic style) or with a press. Grind about 1 teaspoon (to taste) of Provençal herbs with salt in a mortar and pestle, then mix with pepper and paprika. Mix the butter with the prepared ingredients until smooth. Let the butter cool in a bowl and, if desired, shape it into small balls (e.g., using a cutting board). Let it rest.
