Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g butter, liquid
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup(s) milk, lukewarm
  • pinch(s) of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quick and easy

Whisk together the melted butter, lukewarm milk, and eggs. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms. Bake in a waffle iron. Makes about 8 waffles.
