Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ pack of herbs (8-herb mix), frozen
- Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
seasoned with Maggi, old family recipe
Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press into a small bowl. Drizzle with Maggi so the garlic absorbs the seasoning. Knead the softened butter and herbs thoroughly with a fork. Mix in the Maggi garlic. Season with Maggi again, if desired. Let the herb butter sit for at least two hours before eating.
