Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ bunch parsley
  • ¼ bunch chives
  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Fast and tasty

Dice the onion, finely chop the parsley and chives, and mix with the cream cheese. Season with salt. Wild herbs are also particularly delicious. I personally prefer ground elder. The cream cheese tastes best when it’s been allowed to sit for a while.
