The healthy power breakfast

Whisk the milk and jam until smooth. Then add the chia seeds and mix well. Let stand for 10 minutes, then stir again. The chia seeds will do the rest. Let the pudding sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight. Served with fruit, muesli, or on its own, you now have a delicious and healthy breakfast that will keep you full for a long time. Of course, you can also use almond or soy milk instead of cow’s milk.
