Herb cream cheese dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 packs of cream cheese with herbs
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 thick garlic cloves
  • some pepper, black from the mill
  • some milk or cream, if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for grilling or just with salad and bread

Whisk the herb cream cheese and sour cream well. Depending on the variety, you may need to add a little cream or milk for a creamier consistency. Crush the garlic cloves and stir in with some freshly ground pepper. It’s best to make the dip shortly before grilling or eating; if it sits longer, the garlic will develop a bit of a spiciness. It tastes great with grilled food or with a great summer salad on bread.
