enough for 6 small or 4 larger rolls
Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into a bowl. Mash the herb cream cheese with a fork and add to the bowl along with the garlic salt, herbs, sesame or sunflower seeds, and milk. Now use a dough hook to knead everything into a smooth dough. Form the dough into either 6 small or 4 larger rolls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper or greased. Mix the egg whites with the oil, sesame or sunflower seeds, and dried herbs and spread evenly on the rolls. Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes. Best enjoyed while still lukewarm! Quick to make – as a starter, with salad, for grilling, as hamburger buns, or just on its own.
