Herb curd with garlic

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g quark, 40%, chilled
  • 1 tbsp dried herbs
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 100 ml milk
  • 20 ml liquid (pepperoni brine), low in sugar
  • ½ bunch chives
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Place the quark in a bowl. Add the garlic using a garlic press. Chop or finely chop the chives to the desired size and add them. Add the herb mixture with the milk, the hot pepper brine, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined. Let the quark stand for 1 hour. The quark goes well with potatoes and grilled meat.
