Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g ready-made mix for Bircher muesli or oat flakes
  • 1 kg natural yogurt
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • n. B. sugar
  • 300 g raspberries or strawberries, sliced ​​and sugared
  • ½ dl cream, whipped stiffly

the way I love it

Add sugar to the berries and let stand until the juice forms. Mix the muesli mix with yogurt, lemon juice, and 50g of sugar (or sweeten to your taste). Then carefully add the raspberries and their juices, and finally fold in the whipped cream.
