Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 cups of crème fraîche
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ pack of herbs (preferably 8-herb mix)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes with (almost) everything

First, add the sour cream and crème fraîche to a bowl. Add the herbs and mix well. Chop the onion into small pieces and add it. Then add plenty of salt and pepper, a few drops of Tabasco, curry powder, and a few squeezes of lemon. Stir everything well until combined. It’s best to let it sit for about 20 minutes and then taste again. You usually need to add a little more salt and pepper. I use this sauce with many things. It’s quite thick and goes well with grilled meat or sausages.
