Herbal Crackers with Seaweed Pie
The perfect herbal crackers with seaweed pie recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 small branch Rosemary
- 100 g Soft butter
- 100 g Ricotta (Italian cream cheese)
- 100 g Flour
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 0,5 bunch Dill
- 1 bunch Chives
- White pepper
- Cling film
- Parchment paper
- Seaweed pie
- First, wash the fresh herbs, pat them dry and then finely chop them.
- Then knead the butter with the ricotta, the flour and a generous pinch of salt. Then add the parsley, basil and about half of the rosemary and mix them with the rest. The dough for the herb crackers is almost ready. Wrap in foil and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
- As soon as the dough has rested long enough in the refrigerator, roll it out thinly on a worktop. This should be sprinkled with flour before rolling out so that nothing sticks.
- When the dough has been rolled out, cut out the crackers in a round shape with a diameter of approx. 5 cm (if there is no shape, this can of course also be done with a glass).
- Then sprinkle the crackers with the sesame seeds and the rest of the rosemary.
- Now place the herb crackers on three baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake one after the other in the preheated oven (top / bottom heat: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.
