Herbal Cream Veggie Spread with Fried Onions

The perfect herbal cream veggie spread with fried onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Smoked tofu
  • 400 g Kidney beans, drained 255g
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 3 tsp Dried parsley leaf
  • 3 tsp Dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp Garlic pepper
  • 1 tsp Roast pork spice with:
  • Onion, pepper, caraway seeds, celery, paprika flakes
  • Garlic, bay leaves
  • 150 ml Creme fine / oat cream or soy cream
  • 1 pinch Brown sugar
  1. Cut the tofu and onion into small cubes. Rinse kidney beans with water.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and roast the onion cubes properly with a pinch of salt and a pinch of brown sugar! Let cool down.
  3. Put the tofu, beans, fried onions, herbs, spices and cream fine in a liter beaker and puree everything well!
