Spread with Capers Apples, Chilli, Apples and Fried Onions

- 120 g Butter
- 3 tablespoon Ricotta double cream setting
- 3 tablespoon Roasted onions
- 1 quarter Apple
- 2 Capers apples
- 0,5 Fresh hot peppers
- 2 Oregano stalk
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Pinches Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Pluck the oregano leaves from the stalks and chop them. Cut the caper apples into slices. Cut the apple into small cubes. Cut the peppers into rings. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
