Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¾ liter of oil (olive or safflower oil)
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 1 tbsp pepper, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Put one sprig each of rosemary and thyme, 3 chili peppers and 1 tbsp of peppercorns into a glass bottle (0.75) and fill with oil.
