  • 80 g sea salt
  • 2 tsp parsley, dried
  • 2 tsp chives, dried
  • 1 tsp coriander, dried
  • 1 tsp cornflower blossoms, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Salt with dried herbs

Weigh and measure the salt and spices, place them in a bowl, and mix thoroughly. Pour the finished mixture into jars or grinders and store in a dark place. Always grind or crush the herb salt mixture just before seasoning. This mixture makes a delicious salt and also makes a great gift idea from the kitchen, as it also looks great.
