  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cognac
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tarragon stem
  • 2 Majorance stem
  • 1 Sprig of thyme
  • 1 Lovage stems
  • 10 Lemon balm leaves
  • 10 Giantsleaves
  • 1 Clove of garlic large

Instructions
 

  • Beat the butter at room temperature until foamy. Stir in the salt and cognac. Press in the garlic through the press
  • Wash the herbs, shake dry, chop and stir in as well
