Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Cognac
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- 2 Tarragon stem
- 2 Majorance stem
- 1 Sprig of thyme
- 1 Lovage stems
- 10 Lemon balm leaves
- 10 Giantsleaves
- 1 Clove of garlic large
Instructions
- Beat the butter at room temperature until foamy. Stir in the salt and cognac. Press in the garlic through the press
- Wash the herbs, shake dry, chop and stir in as well
