Tomato Salad with Goat Cheese

The perfect tomato salad with goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Pepper
  • 6 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 100 g Cherry date tomatoes
  • 100 g Yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions
  • 5 sheet Basil
  • 3 piece Goat cheese thaler
  1. Mix white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of water, salt, 1 pinch of sugar and pepper in a large bowl. Vigorously stir in the olive oil.
  2. Remove the stem from the tomatoes. Halve or slice tomatoes depending on size. Clean the spring onions. Cut the white and light green into oblique rings. Chop the basil leaves. Mix everything into the vinaigrette and season with salt and a little sugar as required.
  3. Roughly break the fresh goat cheese thaler and spread on the salad.
  4. Serve with baguette.
