Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg minced pork
  • 5 medium-sized eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Garlic granules
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • some fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple and delicious

Combine all ingredients, except the boiled eggs, in a stiff mixture. Peel the eggs and coat each one with a portion of the mixture to form a dumpling. Heat a little fat in a pan and fry the dumplings until golden brown on all sides. Tip: This goes well with boiled potatoes, dill cream sauce, and red cabbage.
