high in protein

First, mix the flour with baking powder and a little salt. Place it in a food processor along with the egg and low-fat quark, or knead it by hand. The dough will be slightly sticky, so lightly grease your hands. Then roll the dough out into a flatbread on a baking sheet. Melt the butter in a double boiler or microwave, then add the cream cheese and grated garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper and mix everything together. Spread the mixture over the rolled-out dough and sprinkle the cheese on top. Finally, sprinkle on some oregano. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes. Tip: I use flour, but you could also use unflavored protein powder with flour to reduce the carbohydrates.
