Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 slices of waffle bread
- 200 g High Protein Chocolate Pudding
- 30 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 200 g cream cheese, low-fat, 0.2% fat
- 40 g dark chocolate, 80% cocoa content
- n. B. Sweeteners (e.g. low-calorie vanilla flavor powder, maple syrup or erythritol)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Mix the protein chocolate pudding with the chopped nuts (reserve some for decoration). Sweeten the cream cheese as desired and stir until creamy. Fill 2 bowls as follows: Place the first waffle bread in the bowl. Spread the pudding with the nuts on the waffle bread. Place the second waffle bread on top of the pudding. Then layer the creamy cream cheese on top. Place the third waffle bread on top of the cream cheese and then spread the melted chocolate on the waffle bread. Garnish with some chopped nuts, if desired. Place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Tip: If you want the waffle bread nice and crispy, make sure the bowl is only in the freezer for 5-10 minutes (until the dark chocolate has set). If you prefer your waffle bread soft, place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours instead of the freezer.
