Ingredients

French fries

  • 1 Tablespoon Oil neutral
  • 1 good dinner. Butter
  • 1 toe Halve the garlic fresh
  • 1 quarter of a teaspoon. Thyme freeze dried
  • 1 quarter of a teaspoon. Chopped rosemary
  • Salt, pepper a.d. Mill
  • 2 Servings French fries

Seasoned butter

  • 2 Tablespoon soft Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon. Spice paste (even mixed)
  • 1 couple of discs Cucumber
  • 1 disc Lemon organic

Instructions

The french fries

  • When the fat is hot (wooden spoon sample) then in so that they swim until they are gold yellow. During this time I fry the steak and mix the seasoned butter
  • The fat is so hot (only the oil) the garlic clove halved, the thyme is ready, the steak in the pan and fry well on one side, then turn. Now add the butter, the thyme, lemon slice and the rosemary. The butter starts to foam with a tablespoon. Smell over the steak so that the flavors come into their own. I mix the softened butter with the spice paste
  • The steak can rest a little, the fries are ready to serve on the warmed plates. I cut the steak into slices with my electric knife, prepare it, add the seasoning butter. Half a pear is always good. Who likes a few slices of cucumber ready to go with it?
