Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tube(s) Remoulade , (large tube)
- Salt
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel and dice the eggs, dice the onion. Add the remoulade sauce and stir until it forms a nice cream. Season with salt and curry powder. You can also refine the cream with chives. Delicious on bread, rolls, etc.
