Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of dough (triangular yufka sheets, 1 pack = 18 pieces)
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp tomatoes, pureed

Combine the minced meat with the very finely diced onion, passata, and spices. Moisten each yufka sheet with a little water. Place a walnut-sized heap of the minced meat mixture at the widest point of the dough and roll the dough tightly from the wide side up to the tip. Press the sides together as tightly as possible (it’s best to moisten them slightly again). Loosely fry the böreks in a deep fryer for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
