- 800 g potatoes (ready-made fried potatoes)
- 4 m.-sized onion(s)
- 750 g minced beef steak(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 20 g butter
- 4 eggs
- Pickle(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Prepare fried potatoes according to your own recipe. Peel the onion. Dice 2 and cut 2 into rings. Form 4 minced steaks and season. Fry onion rings. Fry the minced steaks. Keep the steaks and onion rings warm. Fry the fried eggs. Top the minced steaks with fried eggs and arrange the onion rings on top. Serve with fried potatoes and pickles.
