  • 200 g Canned tomatoes

  • 2 piece Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch Hot paprika powder
  • 1 something Clarified butter
  • 1 something Beef broth own production
  1. Fry the mince in a little clarified butter and season to taste.
  2. Add knobi, olives and chilli and let fry briefly.
  3. Then add the canned tomatoes with the juice and reduce a little. Season to taste. If you want more sauce, add some beef broth.
  4. Cook the pasta in salted water until aldente and then fry lightly in butter (careful, not too hot, so that the butter does not burn), seasoning a little.
  5. Serve the sauce and the noodles separately in preheated bowls so that everyone can take how much they like. We had some freshly grated pecorino with it, but that’s a matter of taste.
