Dough: Using a food processor, mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, margarine, and salt, then stir in the milk. Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible on a floured surface and cut into 7 rectangles, each about 10 cm long and 7 wide. You will need 2 rectangles for each Poptart. Filling: Mix together the cinnamon, sugar, and cornstarch. Brush each rectangle of dough with the egg-milk mixture and spread a generous amount of filling on top. Cover with a second rectangle of dough, press the edges together firmly, and brush the top again with the egg-milk mixture. For a nicer finish, carefully press the dough into the edges with a knife. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Topping: Mix the powdered sugar with a little more milk and spread it on the cooled Poptarts. Decorate with colorful sprinkles, if desired. Tip: If you don’t want to use a topping, you can simply sprinkle some sugar on the Pop Tarts while baking; it will caramelize beautifully. You can also use jam or Nutella as the filling.
