Homemade apple chips

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 apple
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

Core the apple and slice it into wafer-thin slices. You can season the apple rings if desired, in this case with cinnamon. Then arrange the rings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at approximately 100°C (212°F) for 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the desired consistency. Note: I baked them for almost two hours at their apparent thickness, and they were really crispy. This varies from oven to oven. Just test.
