Homemade chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the chocolate and 300 ml of milk to a boil in a saucepan. Stir until the chocolate has dissolved. Whisk the remaining 200 ml of milk with the cocoa, sugar, and cornstarch. Then add it to the chocolate milk and bring to a boil again, stirring continuously.
