Homemade chocolate with sweet jackfruit chips

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bag of jackfruit chips
  • 150 g milk chocolate coating
  • 150 g white chocolate coating
  • some coconut chips
  • some nuts
  • some dried fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Melt the chocolate, separated by type, in a double boiler. Make sure that no water comes into contact with the chocolate and that it doesn’t get too hot. Pour the melted chocolate onto a sheet of baking paper. For the swirl effect, add a little white chocolate to or near the dark chocolate and carefully create patterns using a wooden skewer. Quickly sprinkle the chocolate with the toppings. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 2 hours until completely hardened. Break or cut the chocolate into the desired shapes. Store in a cool, airtight, and dry place. Unless you’re going to eat it all straight away!
