Homemade egg salad

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 pinches of mustard
  • chives
  • e.g. Maggi (seasoning mix 4)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the eggs, then let them cool and peel and chop them. Then add about 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly with a fork. Then add about 2-3 pinches of mustard and, if desired, a little of the seasoning mix. Season to taste with mustard or seasoning mix. Finally, stir in the chives.
