Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g garlic (equivalent to about 1 bulb)
- 500 ml oil (sunflower oil)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the garlic cloves and blanch them briefly in boiling vinegar water. Then let half of them simmer in slightly warmed sunflower oil for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly roast the other half in a dry pan. Combine both garlic cloves and let them cool. Then pour the oil and garlic into a clean—preferably dark—bottle and seal it.
