Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g almond sticks
  • 80 g coconut chips
  • 80 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 50 g chia seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed, crushed
  • 20 g sweetener
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 100 ml maple syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

super-fine power muesli

Combine the oats, sunflower seeds, almond slivers, coconut chips, hazelnuts, chia seeds, and flax seeds in a large bowl. Then add the sweetener and salt and mix thoroughly. Next, add the coconut oil and maple syrup to a small pan and bring to a boil until it starts to bubble. Then add this liquid to the mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Spread this mixture on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little more maple syrup if desired, and bake for about 30 minutes at 165°C (325°F). I recommend removing the mixture from the oven after about 15 minutes and mixing it thoroughly to ensure everything is nice and crispy. Then just let it cool, fill it with a jar, and you have the perfect muesli for the next few days. I personally love eating it with yogurt and fruit and simply add some of my granola.
