Basic recipe, very tasty with strawberries, raspberries, mangoes, kiwis etc.
This is a basic recipe, and it’s very easy to vary. It may sound very sweet at first, but it’s not at all. Quite the opposite; the limeade is extremely smooth. Preparation is very simple. Combine all ingredients in a large blender or in a large bowl using a hand blender. It’s best to let it sit for a while; it tastes best slightly chilled and is also delicious in Prosecco. The amount of fruit is a matter of taste, depending on how thick you want the limeade to be. For strawberries, I usually use about 1.5 kg of strawberries per liquid, and 1 liter for mango pulp. Raspberries, strawberries, kiwis, mangos, and pineapple are all excellent for this recipe. Depending on the fruit you’ve used, you’ll need the appropriate syrup (strawberry syrup for strawberries, raspberry syrup for raspberries, etc.).
