Ingredients for 1 servings:

- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tsp, leveled sea salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 250 ml oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)

All ingredients must be at room temperature! Place the ingredients in a screw-top jar in the correct order. Important: The oil must be added last. Using the wand, blend the ingredients at the bottom of the jar for a few seconds, then slowly pull upwards, blending a little more if necessary. You can add herbs (parsley, basil, tarragon, etc.). The mayonnaise only keeps for 1-2 days and must be refrigerated.
